Skydance Media has unveiled the composition of its newly formed board of directors, tapping a roster of prominent executives and public figures as the entertainment company charts its next phase of growth. David Ellison, who founded Skydance, will remain at the helm as both Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
Joining the board as independent directors are Ynon Kreiz, who also serves as Skydance's Co-CEO, Laurene Powell Jobs — founder and president of the Emerson Collective — and Bobby Kotick, the co-founder of Activision Blizzard and one of the gaming industry's most recognized figures.
